How’s it going, Oppo?

I did nothing worth mentioning today - cleaned up around the house, changed the oil in the RX7, etc. That’s it.

It’s one of those evenings where I don’t want to do anything, but don’t want it to be over because I have so much to do .

This weekend was alright. I went to bed super early on Friday. Saturday, I got a little drunk with some coworkers and today I went over to a friends house. I had planned on driving the M3 more, since I haven’t driven much in 3 weeks, but I only drove it today.

Helped my girlfriend move for her summer placement, so it’s my last night in Stoon for a while. I’m going to eat a bunch of junk food (done) and go out for some photography tonight, I think. In between rounds of Hitman.

By the way, when video rental stores left us, libraries replaced them. It’s sweet being able to rent video games and movies for basically free.

I’ve been meaning to drive the M3 more, but it’s either been raining or I forgot to get my work ID out of the 3 or something along those lines. I’ve only driven it 400 miles since mid-December.

I needed to socialize , so it was good.

I live alone and have very few friends (100+ miles away, except one of them) so I understand the need to socialize. I’m also jealous that you’ve been able to drive it 400 miles this year, I’ve got to get out of this snowy, salty hellhole.

I moved here specifically to be near friends. I’m still unable to find a girl, but it seems like it might just need more time. Loneliness has been a pretty constant struggle in my adult life.

There are a few reasons I live in a southern state, not having to deal with snow is one of them. I think I’m going to buy a house in 2020 and I might also buy a high mileage E9X M3 to daily.

The “quick calculus refresher” I signed up for is apparently a full-on 4 month c ollege course, which.... I did not realize prior to paying for it. I’m waiting for my books to arrive, and drooling over some some new guitar amps I can't afford

Did all the stereo stuff in the Mustang Thursday night. One of the door speakers sounds like it’s blown, sadly, if you put *any* bass to it.

Calculus isn’t bad. At this point I’ve forgotten more than I know (I minored in math, wrote a paper on orthogonal polynomial sequences) though. Have fun!

I’m entered a solid fourth year of saying “I really should get back into playing guitar” but I’m pretty sure I won’t, despite wanting to (and the same for all sort of other things) I just don’t have time.

Yeah, it’s still way better. 30 year old speakers all around, a stereo that came out of a similar era Ford with no fade adjustment so the rear speakers did nothing.

Replaced with a Pioneer head unit, Kenwood 6.5s in the doors, Kenwoord 6x8 3 ways in the rear, and Kicker tweeters in the dash.

If not for the one door speaker requiring zero bass to not distort, it’d sound fantastic.

I remember all of the terms, but not so much what they mean or how to find them. The asymptotic hole is a function of the limit as x approaches an indefinite integral, right?

That struggle is a familiar one.
